About
Practice Catharsis
Catharsis symbolizes emotional purification. It describes the effect of eliciting sadness, fear, pity, or even laughter in the viewer, who then undergoes a purification of those same feelings . I see this dynamic as the basis for therapy, and I feel honored to experience how your own catharsis can purify you and subsequently point you toward a renewed life full of peace and happiness.
